Then import the CTA file into your private model library on the Clause platform. The parties will make reasonable economic efforts to finalize the Master Batch Record for the Kits within 30 calendar days of the effective date (but in all cases prior to the manufacture of a kit). The Master Batch Record for kits is added to Schedule 4 at the end of their completion.
The Master Batch Record for each kit component or kit can be modified, completed or modified from time to time by the written agreement of the parties.
